Optus Sport double billing

Hi. I’m being charged by both Optus and Apple for my Optus Sport subscription.
When I first joined via Optus, my services were never provided and when I called they could not find me, however they keep charging me every month!
I subsequently subscribed via Apple and the service works.
How to I stop Optus charging me every month for a service they never gave me (directly).
I don’t have an Optus mobile and while I have an inactive Optus account number my Optus sport subscription does not show there.

Hi Neilld,

You would need to cancel the extra subscription, in this case the one through Optus directly. If you're not sure how to do this please send our Social Media team a message so they can take a look for you. They're available on both Facebook and Twitter.
