Optus Loop: Using Assigned Lines
The Assigned Lines feature allows you to view another user’s profile from your phone. Your Administrator can set this up for you. Once Assigned Lines has been configured you will be able to:
- View a User’s status
- Speed Dial a user
- Pick Up an incoming call to a user
- Transfer a call you have answered for a user back to them on the same line
