Optus Loop: Call Park / Call Retrieve
If you are on a call you can Park the call into the system and retrieve from another soft client or desk phone within your company.
You may be on a call on your Loop soft client and then want to pull the call to your desk phone. By parking the call it will be held in a Virtual holding pattern and will no longer be active to your device. (The caller will hear hold music). You can then retrieve the call from any other phone from within your company.
