Why have I been asked to register for the National Geographic App twice?
On rare occasions, you may enter your details into the National Geographic App to gain access, then be asked to register again two days later. This happens when we have not been able to check in real time whether the National Geographic App is included with your Optus plan. In this situation, you will be given full access to the app for two days and then asked to re-enter your details so we can confirm your eligibility.
Once your eligibility is confirmed, we'll provide you with either full access or a 30-day free trial.
