What happens if I don’t receive my verification code to activate the National Geographic app?
If the National Geographic App has asked you to enter a verification code but you haven’t received one after 24 hours, try the following:
- Select Request a New Code from within the app
- Try removing the National Geographic App from your device, then re-installing it
If you have tried the above, waited 24 hours and still can’t access the app, contact us and we’ll take a closer look for you.
