Let’s make sure you’re not already on an eligible Optus plan. An easy way to do this is to download the National Geographic App from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store onto your mobile device. If your current plan is not eligible then it will simply redirect through to the National Geographic support page to provide details on how you can become eligible for the app. You can also head to optus.com.au/changeplan to change plans.

Alternatively, if you move from an eligible plan to a non-eligible plan you will be unable to access the National Geographic App from the date your plan changes.

In some cases activation may take up to 24 hours.
