Listed below are some tips to keep in mind:

  • We’ll send you a text & email so you know how your order is progressing
  • Deliveries can be tracked online
  • Missed deliveries will be taken to your local Australia Post Office for collection
  • Only the account holder can sign for or pick up a delivery and will need photo ID.  
    Accepted forms of ID are:
    • Australian Driver's License
    • Australian Passport
    • Overseas Passport (in English)
  • Don’t forget to return your old handset if you utilised the New Phone Trade Up or Flex Upgrade option to get your new phone
