Not in contract, upgrade online or in-store

If you are still in contract you may be eligible for Trade Up or Flex Upgrade (see your Critical Information Summary to confirm). This means, after 12 months of your 24 month contract, simply pay a one-off fee to return your device in good working order, and grab yourself a shiny new one on a new eligible 24 month plan.

If you’re not eligible for New Phone Trade Up or Flex Upgrade you can still upgrade online or in-store, but there may be charges associated with cancelling early as outlined in your Critical Information Summary.
