When do I want my Optus Travel™ Pack to start & for how many days?
When do I want the Optus Travel™ pack to start?

Optus Travel™ Packs will need to be added using the local date of the country / countries you’re visiting. A Travel Pack cannot be added if the date has already passed in Australia. We recommended checking your travel itinerary to confirm the date in local time.

Example: You land in America on the 12th (American time) and try to purchase a Travel Pack for the same day (12th). Due to the time difference, it's already the 13th in Australia. This means you won’t be able to purchase a Travel Pack on the 12th, you will only be able to purchase a Travel Pack from the 13th onwards.

How many days do I need?

Optus Travel™ Packs are date inclusive. This means you need to include the day you start the pack and the last day you want to use the pack when counting the amount of days required.

Example: You want a Travel Pack from the 10th to 13th. This is 4 days as the 10th is day 1, 11th is day 2, 12th is day 3 and 13th is day 4.
