I'm a New Microsoft by Optus Customer

Microsoft by Optus is designed to work with the latest browsers and versions of Office. Check your system requirements here before completing the enquiry form at optus.com.au/microsoft.

Once you've signed up and your Microsoft Cloud Account has been successfully created, you will receive your username and a temporary password (sent separately) that needs to be updated to set up your account. Follow the steps below to update your temporary password.

  1. Go to portal.office.com

  2. Log in with your username and temporary password

  3. Select Setting

  4. Select Change Your Password

  5. Update to your preferred password

I'm an Existing Microsoft by Optus Customer

If you’re transferring your Microsoft by Optus from another provider, make sure to check if any fees may apply before completing the enquiry form at optus.com.au/microsoft.

Once you’ve signed up and your account has been successfully created, you will receive a link via email to authorise the transfer of your Microsoft by Optus licences, see steps below.

  1. Click on the link

  2. Sign in with your existing username and password

  3. Accept the Terms & Conditions

  4. Click Authorize CSP
