My business is relocating, what do I need to do?
We know that moving can be pretty stressful, so to assist in getting your Business services set up at your new address as smoothly as possible, please select from one of the options below:
To relocate your Fixed Line Phone, Broadband, TV, Mobile Phone and Mobile Broadband services, chat with us.
To relocate your business service(s), please contact us on 13 33 43 and we'll process the request for you.
Our hours of operation are (AEST):
- Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 7:00pm
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
Your request to relocate your Business Broadband/Phone services needs to be received in writing to ensure Optus acts in accordance to the instruction of an authorised signatory of the business. The representative will discuss the requirement with you along with the options for written consent.
Once we've received your completed request the standard provisioning time for relocations is 4 - 6 weeks. This provisioning time may be extended if there are technical delays.
