When does my business service's contract end?

You can check the end date of your Small Business Postpaid Mobile contract in My Account. This option is available 24/7 and free to use from your Optus service within Australia.

To find out the contract end date for any other service, please contact us by selecting the relevant option below:

Small Business
(1-5 services)

Postpaid Mobile: Simply log into My Account to check your contract end date

Go to My Account

For any other product, please contact us on 13 39 37 so that we can assist you with your enquiry.

Our hours of operation are (AEST):

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Sunday: Closed

Medium Business
(6+ services)

Please contact us on 13 33 43 so that we can assist you with your enquiry.

Our hours of operations are (AEST):

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 7:00pm
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed
  1. Log into My Account with your My Account username, not your phone number
  2. Click on the Dashboard tab & scroll down to see Your Services


  3. Select your Mobile Phone service, then click the Plan Info tab (on the right hand side) to see the contract end date and further plan details
  4. Your contract end date is located under your plan information
