I need to view or print a copy of my business account's bill

If you have an eligible service you can view and print up to 7 years worth of bills in My Account or Member Services. The total GST paid is shown as a separate item on the first page of each bill.

  • My Account: All services with a 14 digit account number starting with an 8 or a 9 and Cable Broadband accounts with a 10 or 14 digit account number
  • Member Services: Optus TV featuring Foxtel and Cable Business Phone

How to View or Print Bills in My Account
  1. Log into My Account
  2. Click Dashboard
  3. Scroll down to Your Bills to see your linked accounts and bills

Most Recent Bill

  • Click Download PDF Bill to download your current bill for the selected account

Previous bills

  • Click the "Account Number" on the right just above Recent Charges 
  • You can now either click View summary online to see the billing period online or download the PDF bill for the required period
  • You can also search for an older bill (up to seven years) by entering the required dates and the selecting Show Bills
How to View or Print Bills in Members Services
  1. Log into Member Services
  2. From the menu on the left: Select the account type you want view, then click Manage Online Bills > View Bills
  3. In the main pane: Select your account number

Most Recent Bill

  • Scroll down to the table of your bills
  • Select and click on the bill's Red PDF icon. The selected bill will launch within your PDF Reader application for viewing, saving or printing

Previous Bills

  • Scroll to the base of the page and click View more bills
  • In the new screen scroll to and locate the bill you want
  • You can view/save & print up to 7 years worth of bills using Member Services
