How can I pay my business account bill?

There are various ways to pay your Optus bill, simply choose your preferred option below:

Direct Debit is the fee-free, automated way to pay your account each month, even if you're using a credit card.

The easiest way to setup Direct Debit is either through My Account or through the My Optus app.

My Account

Direct Debit activation takes 2 business days, so if you've already received your bill or have setup Direct Debit too close to your bill's issue date, then you'll need to pay that bill via another payment method below.

Go to My Account
  1. Log into My Account
  2. In the Dashboard, scroll to the Your Bills section
  3. Click the Direct Debit link
  4. Follow the prompts to add your Direct Debit details where you will be taken to a Payment Options screen, then follow the prompts to add your Direct Debit details
My Optus app

At the moment the My Optus app will only accept bank account details, but don’t worry you can set it up through My Account instead if you wish to use a credit card. 

  1. Tap on Billing from the menu then tap on Setup direct debit
  2. Tap on Bank Account
  3. Fill out the required information on the screen, review the Terms and Conditions and if accepted tick "I agree to the Terms and Conditions"
  4. Click OK

If you know your Customer Account Number and the amount owing, you can pay your Optus bill by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners card.

    To pay your bill easily, payments can be made online in My Account. You can also manage your business account, track your usage, add travel packs, access PDF bills and more!

    Once you've activated My Account, simply follow the steps below to pay your bill:

    Go to My Account
    1. Log into My Account
    2. Click Billing & Payments > View bill
    3. Click the 'Pay Bill' button

      Easily manage your account on the go with My Optus app as there's no need to remember your customer number!

      Once you have the app, all you need to do is:

      1. Open the My Optus app
      2. Tap on Billing
      3. Tap the 'Pay Now' button
