Welcome to Yes Crowd! Here you’ll find a wealth of knowledge shared by other customers as well as having the ability to ask your own questions to receive an answer from your peers.

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR AN ANSWER?

Searching for an answer couldn’t be easier. On most pages you’ll see the search bar towards the top of the page. Simply type your query into the search bar and as you type we’ll start suggesting content for you to look at. If the suggestions aren’t what you’re looking for simply hit enter or click on the magnifying glass to execute your search. This will take you through to the search results page where you’ll be able to look through various pieces of content and find the answer you’re looking for.

HOW DO I ASK MY OWN QUESTION?

You’re not always going to be able to find the answer you’re looking for but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Simply ask your own question and either one of your peers or a moderator will provide the answer.

To ask a question, head to the community homepage by clicking on “Yes Crowd” at the top of any page. On the home page you’ll find a big yellow button on the right hand side that says “Ask Yes Crowd”. Once you click on this you’ll be taken to a page where you can type in the subject of your query, choose the appropriate board for it to sit on (this is important so the right people see it) and a section to type your full query. Be sure to include as much information in this section to avoid the need for follow up questions but be sure not to provide any personal details as this is a public forum (things like phone numbers date of birth, email address, etc).

Once you’ve posted your question, if another mYes Crowd member can help or contribute they will. If they can’t, one of our friendly moderators will provide a response to assist you.
