slow broadband

I have a $68 per month wireless 500GB plan.  First 2-3 weeks no problems with speed.  This past few days frequently less than 1mb per second.  Rang technical support last night after following all the suggestions on Optus site.  No improvement after reset etc.  Anyone else experiencing this problem? Thanks Tony

When you log into in your modems home page are you seeing good signal levels?
Any new buildings gone up in area between you and the tower that may be blocking the signal?
