how to find out who's using my internet?

I lent my neighbours my wifi password so they can use it,

i have found out that they have been using it behind my back.

how can i block them from using my internet?

Change your password.

FWIW I'd take it with a grain of salt your neighbours were using it behind your back. Change the password and enjoy the relationship.
