Not much info to work with Marlon. If you have tried multiple times to connect to the modem you might want to try removing the connection restarting all devices and try again.

So frustrating for you. I tried every option to get the WiFi modem to initialise but never got the internet LED. Now a replacement modem is on it's way. Hmmm I am not confident.
