billing

I moved 6 months ago and informed optus.  My old phone # continues to appear on my statements.  Why??

Sorry to hear of the issues! It sounds like we'll need to check the provisioning of that number in our systems.

Can't raise anyone on live chat.  I moved in May but my bills still list my old # under "this Bill".  Please let me know when this will be fixed. 6 months is toooooooooooooo long.
