Our home wifi NEVER works! After numerous contact with Optus ‘support’ I am reaching out to see if anyone can help. I have xbox, Netflix, computers etc connected to wifi. It drops out, doesn’t connect, freezes..... I can use the Optus app on my wifi (my mobile phone is through vodaphone thankfully as I have no other means of internet communication). Any suggestions?

Hi @Sarah17 , there can be many causes of unstable wifi. Please give the forum more details about your set up and environment. Eg, what type of internet do you have? which modem do you have, does the internet works at all. Have you tried resetting the modem? do you live in an area of high wifi saturation etc.
