I live in Padbury WA and my WiFi speeds (ADSL2) over the last week have dropped dramatically. I am getting speeds ranging from 0.2Mbps to nothing at all. My signal is excellent and Optus have confirmed that the lines are good. I use a brand new Blackhawk D7000 router. There is an NBN build currently underlay in the area.
Is anybody else having the same problem or have any helpful advice?

If you've since spoken with our tech team on 131344 have you been provided any fault reference or PR numbers we can investigate for you?
