On joining Optus for NBN we were supplied a Sagemcom F@ST 3864 Modem in July 2017.
All was good.
Now however I have noticed for some time the wifi signal won't connect with my wifi devices
intermittently. Usually I restart the modem and it fixes itself.
Now it simply won't connect via wifi at all.
I have tried every reset known to man, including a factory reset but to no avail. I cannot get a wifi connection, unless I am 250 to 500 mm from the modem. Any further and nothing.
I need a new modem I thnk, so I'm asking how do I go about getting one from Optus ?
