Sagecom 3864V3HP Router - poor wifi strength

Hi all - Have had this router since connecting to NBN.  Strength is very poor with a 35 MB/s drop-off (from 50 to 15 or less) in speed over 12m distance (only one brick wall in the way).  Is this normal?  Any ideas for resolution?  I have VOIP running off the router and FetchTV as well.  Thanks all!

Hey @wadiman. Have you tried any of the steps listed on our Wi-Fi connectivity & troubleshooting page? or even some of our modem troubleshooting? Let us know how you end up going.

Problem solved with a replacement modem supplied by Optus - now have 50 MB/s throughout the house using the 5GHz option.
