S.A. modem in vic

Hi. I have wireless internet usually connected in S.A. with no probs but now travelling in Victoria and my computer won’t connect. I have brought the modem with me of course. Can this be connected here?

It is a Huawei device. We didn’t have a landline at home so it started as a vivid wireless internet plan. This then converted to optus

If its the unlimited Vividwireless plan (managed under Optus now) then you only have coverage where Optus has their 2300Mhz network.

So it all depends where you are in Vic right now, if its regional then you wont have coverage.
