Restricting bandwidth on a B818 modem

Hi,

I've just installed a 500Gb per month wireless broadband service and, while the performance is great, the data usage has been a big surprise. I my environment I have a Guest network set up and I assume that's what is using the data. Is there anyway to throttle the bandwidth available on the Guest network?

Is there anyway to throttle the overall wireless service? I'm thinking making it "slow as" during the day and running full bore in the evening when no Guest users are around.

Cheers, Peter

Re: Restricting bandwidth on a B818 modem

Hi Peter,

No mention of this being supported in the B818 Quick Start Guide.

Different Huawei model but advice from Paddylee here on this thread.
