Poor customer service

Wondering how often Optus call takers, promise a call back after they’ve investigated issues and never followed threw? Seems the regular for me of late! 😡😥

It's a common complaint and something I have mentioned on this forum many times over the years. Recently a family member made this complaint when trying to get an NBN connection sorted so I don't think much has changed, I would try and get a reference number and employee ID when dealing with support so you at least have something to refer back on. If all else fails you can make an official complaint or take the matter further if you wish.

Thanks for your response. I understand this may be a common issue, doesn’t make it okay or any better for me at the moment. I’ll take your advice and submit formal complaint with Optus & TIO

Yes I agree there is no excuse for not returning calls.
