I bought an Optus home internet plan last week. I had to wait for a week for them to come to my house to install the modem. Why does it take so long?
They finally came today. Now modem is installed, I still can’t access to the internet. They say there’s something wrong with the system and I have to wait until next week.
Optus sucks! I’ve never dealed with a business as bad as Optus!
