Hi I have been without internet for 5 days and it’s causing me a lot of griefs. Have spoken to help desk and they advised that a technician has been booked (Wednesday 27thFeb) to look into this matter. I have done all the trouble shooting about 50 times and the DSL light is not even showing. Have tried a different modem and it still doesn’t work. Have connected computer via Ethernet and still no internet. Is anyone having the same problem in Red Hill ACT. I have checked outage and there are no outages in this suburb. Help!!!! We need the internet for homework etc.
