Optus sales person lied to me!
Contacted optus to buy an NBN plan for my business. The proviso was they would send a tech to install and configure it for me (business runs on a server network which is more complex than just plug and play). Salesperson assured me that a tech would contact me to book a time to do it. Next day I received a 'self-installation kit'. So I called Optus and found out that 'No sir, there is no plan to send you a tech to install.' WOW! So I asked why would the salesperson assure me I would have someone install it. The answer was 'don't know why you were told that'.
Tried to get help over the phone but after 2 hours and about 5 support staff and call transfers I still have no NBN and no way to retract the sale/plan. 4
Do you have existing Optus Business account or was it a new Business account?
Hopefully you receive the better support talking to the applicable Business Specialist.
