New Modem

Hi,

My old modem is receiving wiFi but my device isn't. My neighbour tried connecting his phone to my internet but the signal was very low and he was standing right in front of it.

Optus said the external problem was resolved and yes, my modem confirms that but I still have no internet and my landline had played up since 21st March.

Currently there are no issues with my landline, just the internet. I think I need a new modem. Any ideas?
