Does everyone has any problem switching from ADAL to NBN? An NBN technician came on Tuesday and they still have not resolved the signal even though the NBN device shows strong connection. They'd cancelled my ADSL on Wednesday and found out today that I won't have any internet until they send me a text. I was trying to make a complaint. Can't find any email address. Phone number do not direct me to customer complaint section. 

 

Any advise?

Can it be a faulty router modem?

If the router modem is working, then NBN techs should have stayed and resolved the issue on the spot. This transition is really bad, NBN is completely unreliable as well.
