Re: Modem has no lights and power supply is flashing green

Hi - if no lights on the modem, it may suggest a suspect power supply. If you turn off the power supply and remove it, note the rating on the AC Adapter - for F@ST 3864V3AC or HP it may state Output :12 V DC 2 Amp. If you have another power supply from a previous modem with identical DC voltage and minimum 2 Amp rating, try using that. If you have one that is rated 12 V and 2.5 Amp that is OK to use - don't use one under 2 Amp.

One would usually try to power reset a problem modem with a paperclip in the Reset hole with power on for 5 seconds, but in your case, you don't appear to be getting power to the modem or the modem may be faulty.

If unsuccessful, suggest to report to Optus and they should send you a replacement.
