Land Line not working

Land Line ceased to work on 31/03/2020. When trying to get a line out all that is heard is the Occupied signal

Sorry that there is no dial-tone at the moment.


I would suggest firstly that you try some troubleshooting in the landline.

 

  • Place a toothpick/pin into the RESET button on the modem for 10 seconds  
  • The modem should go through a reset process, but please be aware doing this will remove any modified settings or changed WiFi passwords
  • Plug a handset into Line 1 or 2 again and check for an improvement


If the above doesn’t fix the problem, then I’d really recommend getting in touch with our team on Messenger so we can log a fault. 

Please note, our Messaging team are currently experiencing delays so it's best to complete some basic troubleshooting before getting in touch with them

Ask to speak to a human, then leave your full name and the information about the issue in the messenger window
