I have the same problem with our Optus Sagemcom F@ST 3864V3AC. Both bands have been working fine for almost 2 years and just in the last couple of days I can't connect any device to the 2.4GHz band. Keep getting the error message that the password is incorrect. It is correct. The password is a custom one that I have been using since the modem was new, but the SSID is the factory assigned one. This is really frustrating.
