I ordered the wireless broadband online to be delivered to my work office but as of tomorrow we are shutting down.
I called Optus to change the address and he said it isnt possible for him to do so and that he could cancel the order and resubmit it to my new address which was fine with me and went ahead with the new order.
Turns out it didnt get canceled as discussed and is going to be dispatched either today or tomorrow.
Do i collect both orders for the same thing and just return one?
or will i be expected to pay the upfront cost of both because i did the month to month plan?
We'll arrange a collect kit for the additional modem that was dispatched.
It should be automatically dispatched upon cancellation, but given the impact to our teams - there could be a delay.
