Pretty much once a day my router requires a restart as the internet has either stopped working or slowed down to a crawl.
I've contacted support numerous times but have not gotten anywhere. The first guy remotely changed the APN and was very arrogant and said "It's fixed, I'll never need to contact support about this again". I've since contacted them about 5-6 times and it's progressed no where.
Anyone found a solution?
Do you happen to have a fault ticket number? If so I can look it up and escalate it if needed to try to assist with getting a resolution.
It's never been suggested that the router might be faulty?
