Yes. You will be automatically charged a $15 late fee.

Just query the bill when it is issued. Optus should recredit it then.

Well said. I purchased on 12 feb and they didn’t tell me about the delay. On the contrary they said 3-5 days for my order. It’s now the 18th and my order hasn’t even left the warehouse and no one on the phone can tell me when it will. I’m cancelling it tomorrow and moving to another provider

Toll earned about $100 million last year. Apple earned $25 billion (profit). I think Apple is more concerned about its supply chain than a backwater delivery company getting a metaphorical virus.

I was told on Optus chat that their is a "specialized team" that will be adjusting our bills as per time  delays for our orders.... um will be interesting to see if this is true, friendly online chat person Ben.
Or will we be billed and charged a late payment fee if not paid on time!!
It will be 4 weeks since I submitted mobile phone and plan order online, and my due date to pay bill is 5th March. May not be Optus fault delivery company's were cyber attacked but what ever happened to communication and customer service..  Yes Optus?
