I was told on Optus chat that their is a "specialized team" that will be adjusting our bills as per time delays for our orders.... um will be interesting to see if this is true, friendly online chat person Ben.
Or will we be billed and charged a late payment fee if not paid on time!!
It will be 4 weeks since I submitted mobile phone and plan order online, and my due date to pay bill is 5th March. May not be Optus fault delivery company's were cyber attacked but what ever happened to communication and customer service.. Yes Optus?
