That's a strange answer as the problem is the warehouse. They are having serious issues trying to get the stuff out of the warehouse.

ACCC does not deal with individual complaints. You should be contacting the TIO instead.
Good news for me at least - my order from 3 Feb arrived today. The Track My Order function still only shows the order as 'In Progress' and I received no communication to advise the order would be arriving soon. Didn't see the delivery van, so I can't confirm if it was delivered by Toll or not.
Hopefully this means the orders are now flowing out and everyone may start receiving items soon, despite nil communication from Optus.

Yes forgot to mention that the order section of the Optus website or app did not indicate it was being delivered. I received a text message and then 30 minutes later delivered.
Mine just says submitted. Ordered on 1st of February. Frustrating
