This is so unprofessional, I made an order on 1st of February. and still nothing. I have to leave country for my holidays in 2 weeks. None of the stores around have stock.

Optus management obviously doesn't want people to know they're ignoring their own support staff requests in addition to their customers.
I have received no text message and I have been a customer for over 10 years. No communication whatsoever from Optus regarding this issue. Not very satisfactory customer service unfortunately.
It's unbelievable isn't it
I have been waiting for 2 weeks & all I have received is a text every other day saying no idea when we can expect deliveries
