This is so unprofessional, I made an order on 1st of February. and still nothing. I have to leave country for my holidays in 2 weeks. None of the stores around have stock.

You'd think they would use a different courier company to keep their customers satisfied instead just leaving us all in limbo...

or rather send a some extra stock to store to stock up so people can pick up from there. but no, there's no pick up from store option.

Seriously seems like Optus doesnt even care about this.

While toll posted 2 updates since 7th of Feb. while Optus didnt even bother to update the status page with new update.

Nice edited post.

Optus management obviously doesn't want people to know they're ignoring their own support staff requests in addition to their customers.

I have received no text message and I have been a customer for over 10 years.  No communication whatsoever from Optus regarding this issue.  Not very satisfactory customer service unfortunately.

There’s nothing in store either! Across Telstra as well...I ordered on the 30th of January...pretty disappointing response from Optus + Toll...

Galaxy s10 delivery after recontarcting

I ordered two phone Galaxy 10 black color over a week now .I was never told online that there is some problem with .
Now I am still waiting for that without a convincing reply and have not been provided with an alternative either.
ALSO I am not being given any regular updates as it is in their protocol written clearly everywhere on their site.
Wish this to be sorted out promptly without any more delays

It's unbelievable isn't it

I have been waiting for 2 weeks & all I have received is a text every other day saying no idea when we can expect deliveries 

Not real.y good enough
