Not sure what you mean @halfgallon, I can see that your subscription itself is still active on our end under that username, are you able to try logging into it for us?

So explain the " renew your subscription " messages that appear on both my Apple TV & on my mobile ph  Optus app

Seems this was too difficult for you , absolutely sums Optus up. I still have no EPL subscription on either my home internet or mobile Ph despite being eligible for, & supposedly having both & yet Optus claim they will charge me a payout fee if I break the contract. Disgraceful & I will be in touch with the Telco ombudsman
