Why is that the Manchester United vs. Stoke replay is unavailable to view?
I'm seeing on other posts that Optus can actually only 290/380 games on demand? That's pretty hopeless given all the claims you have made.
Foxtel never screwed up like this. Very poor job so far Optus.
Hi John. only 290 of the 380 season games are on demand due to broadcasting rights issues. Those games that are not available on demand are replayed at least twice on Optus Sport 1.
For the Manchester United v Stoke game the replays are as follows.
Man United v Stoke:
Monday 3 October – 9am
Tuesday 4 October – 8:30am
Wednesday 5 October – 2pm
Sunday 9 October – 4:30am
For more detail about the on-demand games, we've posted about this here.
John Im in the same boat as you, Ive just about been all over the Globe trying to get some sence out of
customer care/tech support re the missed matches that arent in the sub folder REPLAYS, Im still lost;
Seems the only way you can get every game to view is if you subscribe to Fetch? n' yet Optus are
falsely Advertising that all games are exclusively LIVE ONLY on optus.
Lets hope the 'suits' at Optus get they're act together Sooner rather than Later
....we can only hope n pray
The 290 on-demand game restriction is part of the licensing deal and is standard across broadcasters around the World. You can get a full-size Yes TV by Fetch box which includes an internal hard drive. This will allow you to record any live games that aren't available on-demand. All 380 games are available to view live on Optus. It's that some games can't be shown on-demand.
