Logging in

I signed up for the free trial about six months ago, and i was told that my premier league status would be available as.part of my post paid mobile. I have never been able.to access the games and for many reasons this is the first time i have posted here. I am, starting to get frustrated though as i have been locked out again..

I have reset my optus password, but still the app won't start up. As there is no one to speak to, .. i went to the optus store today, and optus technical i am more confused than ever.

@LambicPeach, the service may need to be correctly configured for the Optus Sport Premium subscription on the back-end.
