I have registered and verify my email address, however when i open the app to login its says it doesnt recognise my email or password???? Very frustrating

Sounds frustrating indeed, @Jimg! Can you confirm if this is in relation to the My Optus app or the Optus Sport app?

I have the same problem. I can no longer access Webmail or Outlook.
