Does anyone know why the fetch box service is about 40 seconds behind the browser version of the EPL
Our production team did work to reduce the delay from 90+ seconds to around 30 - 40. There's still work being done in the background to bring it down further. There's always going to be a slight delay which will differ between platforms.
We do stream using multiple streaming platforms. It comes down to the amount of encoding/encrypting required on the originating stream for use with one of our Optus Sport streaming platforms.
