restoring mobile services

Hey optus crowd, 

I paid off an overdue bill and contacted optus to reactivate my mobile services but nothing has happened yet so I thought I would try get some help on here as I"ve used this before it has been a speedy helpful service. It would be much appreciated if i can get my phone up and running asap with some help.

From what I have read it can take a day or 2 to reactivate the service. I would give them another call if the service is still not working after that time.

Hi Mariaval, once you've made us aware of the recorded payment it can take 15 minuted to 4 hours to process and reflect on the system to have the service re-activated.
