I am trying to log in to my Optus Zoo Mobile Self Care account http://msc.optuszoo.com.au/smssend and am trying to send sms messages from "Send SMS from computer". Then this error occurs. "idp.optusnet.com.au’s server IP address could not be found."
I have been on the phone to tech support for 50mins with no luck, they just keep putting me through to other people. I have had this account for 5 years and it has been suggested that I need premium sms, but I have never had it.
Would be grateful for some help. Thanks
Hi @PikkiStreet, our online Optuszoo is no longer in use for any mobile or premium sms inquires. We now have one billing platform My Account → page. If you still need further assistance then you are best to speak with our Support team via the → messaging service to assist you further.
Thank you for your response. This does not address my question. However after speaking/being on hold with Optus IT, it seems the answer is that Optus Zoo no longer support Optus Zoo. I will be going elsewhere to sms directly from my computer.
