If you’re having issues with the Optus Loop Live app or web clients we recommend force closing the application and then switching your device back off and then on again, before re-opening Optus Loop Live. It’s also a good idea to check that you’ve got the most up to date version installed. 

Not receiving unique access PIN / activation code

If you’re trying to log in and not receiving your unique access PIN / activation code contact your administrator to check that your mobile number has been set up correctly in the Optus Loop Live admin portal.
