Reverse DNS


Does anyone know how to arrange for the Reverse DNS to be poroperly set for a business connection?


A clients MX record correctly points to their static IP adddress, but the PTR record that is returned is a generic Optus static address. Several major mail hosts are rejecting emails because the clients Reverse DNS doesn't match their DNS.


I would normally login to the ISP's portal and change the Reverse DNS (easily done with several other ISP's) but that doesn't seem to be an option in the Optus portal.
