ive called up twice to get my mobile services up and running again but they never ended up restoring. So I've restored to yes crowd and need some help as its been a while not being able to use my phone!

Hey Giesela, you can actually report your payment via your My Account or the My Optus application.
Once we've received payment advice, your service will be restored within fifteen minutes - four hours (MAX).
